1. The Service
Sircho is a software tool that helps recruitment teams find, assess and contact professionals. These terms apply to everyone who uses the Sircho website or app.
2. Accounts
Each person uses their own account and keeps their password private. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and for the activity in their workspace.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use Sircho only for lawful recruitment and hiring.
- Follow the data protection and anti-spam laws that apply to you, including when you contact people.
- Do not use Sircho to discriminate on the basis of nationality, religion, ethnicity, gender, age or any other protected trait.
- Do not resell data from Sircho, scrape it in bulk, or share your account.
- Honour any request from a person to stop contacting them.
4. AI Results
Scores, summaries, reasons, market reads and drafts are suggestions produced by AI. They are provided to assist you, not to replace your judgement, and you are responsible for how you use them. Contact details and profile information may be incomplete or out of date.
5. Plans And Credits
Plans and credit allowances are shown when you subscribe. Monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Credits are not charged when no email is found, and are returned when no mobile is found.
6. No Warranty
Sircho is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that the service or any result will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation Of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sircho is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of AI results or profile information. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
8. Removal Requests
Anyone can ask us to remove their details by writing to hello@sircho.ai.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Sircho means you accept it.

1. الخدمة
Sircho أداة برمجية تساعد فرق التوظيف على العثور على المهنيين وتقييمهم والتواصل معهم. وتسري هذه الشروط على كل من يستخدم موقع Sircho أو تطبيقه.
2. الحسابات
يستخدم كل شخص حسابه الخاص ويحافظ على سرية كلمة المرور. ويتحمل مالكو مساحات العمل ومسؤولوها مسؤولية من يدعونهم وما يجري من نشاط في مساحة العمل.
3. الاستخدام المقبول
- استخدم Sircho لأغراض التوظيف المشروعة فقط.
- التزم بقوانين حماية البيانات ومكافحة الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها السارية عليك، بما في ذلك عند التواصل مع الأشخاص.
- لا تستخدم Sircho للتمييز على أساس الجنسية أو الدين أو العرق أو الجنس أو العمر أو أي صفة محمية أخرى.
- لا تُعِد بيع بيانات Sircho، ولا تجمعها بكميات كبيرة، ولا تشارك حسابك مع غيرك.
- احترم طلب أي شخص بالتوقف عن التواصل معه.
4. نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي
الدرجات والملخصات والأسباب وقراءات السوق والمسودات اقتراحات يولّدها الذكاء الاصطناعي لمساعدتك، لا لتحل محل تقديرك، وأنت مسؤول عن كيفية استخدامها. وقد تكون بيانات التواصل ومعلومات الملفات غير مكتملة أو غير محدّثة.
5. الباقات والنقاط
تُعرض الباقات والنقاط المتاحة عند الاشتراك. تتجدد النقاط الشهرية في اليوم الأول من كل شهر ولا تُرحَّل. ولا تُخصم النقاط إذا لم يُعثر على بريد إلكتروني، وتُعاد إذا لم يُعثر على رقم جوال.
6. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمان
تُقدَّم خدمة Sircho «كما هي» و«حسب توفرها». وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة أو أي نتيجة دقيقة أو مكتملة أو متواصلة دون انقطاع أو ملائمة لغرض معين.
7. حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا يتحمل Sircho المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا عن القرارات المتخذة بناءً على نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي أو معلومات الملفات. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الخدمة خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.
8. طلبات الحذف
يمكن لأي شخص طلب حذف بياناته بمراسلتنا على hello@sircho.ai.
9. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويبيّن التاريخ أعلاه أحدث نسخة، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام Sircho قبولًا لها.
