Screen Faster With Yes, Maybe And No

Decide on each person in one keystroke and keep your list clean.

Updated October 30, 2026 · 1 min read

Screening is where most of the time goes. Sircho keeps it to one decision per person.

The Three Decisions

  • Yes: worth approaching. Yes people can be added to a sequence or shared with the client.
  • Maybe: keep for later.
  • No: not right for this role. Pick a reason (too junior, too senior, wrong sector, wrong function, wrong location) and Sircho uses it the next time it scores people.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Open a profile and press Y, M or N. The next person opens straight away. Use the up and down arrows (or J and K) to move without deciding.

The Tabs

To Review, Yes, Maybe and No sit above the cards with a count on each. Nobody is lost: a No can be moved back at any time.

Compare Side By Side

Select two to four people and press Compare to see their scores, reasons and watch-outs next to each other.
