Send Sequences From Your Own Mailbox

Sequences send from your own address, so replies land in your inbox and nobody sees a tool's name.

Connect Your Mailbox

1. Open a project and the Outreach tab.
2. Press Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook and allow Sircho to send email.
3. You come back to Outreach with your address and today's count.

Build The Sequence

Each project has one sequence with up to five steps. Each step is an email or a LinkedIn task on a day you choose. Use the fields such as {first_name}, {title} and {company}; Sircho fills them for each person. Pick a saved template to fill a step in one click. Turn on AI tailors each email to adjust every message to the person's background.

Add People

Press Add The Yes List, or select people in Search and press Add To Sequence. People need a revealed work email. Day 0 sends as soon as they are added, Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00 Dubai time. Later steps go at 9:00 on their day, as replies in the same conversation.

Replies Stop The Sequence

• Outlook: Sircho sees the reply and stops by itself.
• Gmail: press Replied next to the person.

Each mailbox sends at most 50 emails a day to protect your address. LinkedIn steps appear as tasks with a link to the profile.
