Start Your First Search

A project is one mandate: one role for one client. Everything you do for that role lives inside it: the people found, your decisions, the pipeline, outreach and the client's feedback.

Create A Project

1. Press New Project at the top of the side panel.
2. Give it the role name and the client's name.
3. Paste the brief or job description. The more detail, the better the search: industry, level, locations, languages, must-have experience.
4. Press Create And Search.

Sircho reads the brief, builds the search (titles, keywords, locations and target companies) and starts looking. People appear as cards while the search runs.

Read The Results

Every person gets a fit score from 0 to 100 against your brief, with the reasons and any watch-outs. Scores of 75 and above are strong fits. Click a card to open the full profile.

Search Again

Press Search Again to change the titles, locations or companies and run a fresh search. Typing a name or title in the search box filters the people you already have; press Enter when nobody matches and Sircho searches for them.
